I'm in. I think my weak spot is exercise and exercise moderation. If I was younger I'd bike to work every day, but it seems my knees are not up to that.
So I'm going to track my Weekday Biking and Walking in a simplified way, so I can keep track of how much I'm doing of each, and monitoring closely my knees, backing off as necessary. FAILURES would be days of exercise missed due to knee pain, or laziness. Exercise Habitcal Color will be emphasized in my log, since that's what I'm concentrating on this month. Gold medallion for the month would be no red, Silver 1 to 2 red, Bronze 3 to 4 red. Weight goal is to lose 6 lbs.
