Generally it's some kind of baked treat -- but nothing really fancy. I'm not a fan of the "death by chocolate" sorts of things. If I don't bake something on Friday for the weekend, I might purchase something at the farmer's market on Saturday morning. Sometimes there's no plan at all -- and sometimes that means that Sunday night I realize that I've not had sweets, snacks or seconds!
"That which we persist in doing becomes easier for us to do. Not that the nature of the thing itself has changed but our power to do it is increased." -- Ralph Waldo Emerson

Usually a late afternoon Sunday outing to Dairy Queen for ice cream.
My husband has treated me to ice cream almost every Sunday for 38 years...I doubt he's missed many! (Until these last five weeks that I've been housebound, that is!)
I made my first trip to Dairy Queen, since the accident, yesterday afternoon (crutches and all) where I enjoyed a small pumpkin pie Blizzard - my absolute favorite! Fall is definitely here now!
