I just thought I should drop by and say hi!
![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
I've been following the No S diet since october 30th, and have lost 5 lbs so far.
I was 222 lbs in total, and Im currently 217 lbs - hoping to get down to between 140 lbs and 150 lbs.
Its going slowly, but thats a good thing!
Ive tried everything under the sun so far to lose weight, but this is the only time Ive enjoyed myself while doing it!

Welcome and good going! No S is the "normal"way to eat, and it works.
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

Hey, great start !
Keep going and don't give up. Soon you'll notice changes in the mirror and the way your clothes fit, this'll motivate you to keep your good habits.
Remember to take 'Before' pictures and use the tape measure too. I wish I had measured myself before losing weight, so I would know precisely how many inches I've lost, not just the number of pounds.
Chest-Waist-Hips.
Cheers !
Marc

Thanks! im not sure of my exact measurements, but I should be able to find them out - Im a size 18-20 (UK) at the mo, aiming to get to size 14 (UK), or thereabouts.
Funnily enough, I dont even feel tempted to eat junk at all... the no s diet is indeed working!
