New Personal Goal...

Post by Braden » Tue Mar 02, 2010 3:02 am

Well, I am ready to purchase my first car... I am going to be importing a subaru gc8 from Japan...

BUT (heres the catch)

I must get 3 months of straight GREEN days before I can import my car...

I figure this is motivation enough to stick with this...

That certainly is treating yourself with something other than food!

Hopefully your new car will be green as a reminder of why you got it!
Happy shrinking!

And I thought my emerald ring was a great incentive! Wow! I think you should make it a shade of green! Be sure and post a picture when you get it.
I guess this doesn't work unless you actually do it.
Please pray for me

Sheesh, even after 2 days (1 failed 1 success) I can tell how much better I feel... I slept last night like I havent slept in a LONG time!!

I don't think they made the gc8's in a green... I was thinking white with a gold coloured rim...

Thanks for the support guys!! In 15 minutes its 5 (supper time) and im not even feeling hungry!! I didnt even eat much for lunch either
Going to go hit the treadmill for 15 minutes. About 62 more days to go

Hopefully I have shrunk a bit by then too

Anyone know of a way to get rid of strechmarks?? I have a couple big ones and they are kind of embarrassing..
Thanks

I love this idea!

I've failed 3268 times (more or less) to get a string of green days. I've come to the realization that losing weight is not enough of a goal for me. I'm going to follow in your footsteps and set a big ol' honkin' goal!

Thanks for the idea.

Wow, that is *HARD* ... I'd say anyone who is behavin' at least 80% of the time will be successful in the long run (Based on my personal experience !) So if you are aiming for 100% you are way up there, man.

Aim for at least 80% - - 85 or 90% would be better of course but 80% is a minimum. Might take a bit longer but you won't be on the HIGHWAY TO HELL non stop for 3 months straights. 9 out of 10 good days in a row, that is a great achievement too, not easy to do. Ok, good luck in any case.

Cheers !

Moisturizing is reputed to help. Palmer's cocoa butter sells itself on being good for stretch marks:

Pure shea butter (no relation to the above) is great if you can get it, but you need to melt it in the palms of your hands before applying.

Any body lotion or body butter is likely to be worth trying.
