i saw on a previous thread that someone unthinkingly answered when offered a sweet, "No thanks, it's Tuesday."

Ha. You know, even some people who don't know what NoS is might get that. I know a lot of people who see treats as a weekend thing (even though they'll think nothing of snacking or having seconds during the week).
