If you go back to the Everyday Systems Forum Index, you'll see that the daily check in section is just below this one. There individuals do just that, check in. Some are cryptic and others include quite a bit more detail on food, exercise, and more. You're welcome to browse, communicate with the participants there, or start your own. Have fun!

I used to keep a food journal that tracked my food intake, weight, water intake, and exercise. I found that it helped me a lot, especially seeing my eating trends. Now I just keep an exercise journal and have a habitcal for No S and Exercise.

Nope -- at least not as a method of tracking what I eat. I do jot down what I've made for dinner, but that's more for menu planning purposes. I'm not anal enough to record everything I eat. I've teased that the only thing I'm anal about is not being anal.

That's kind of like the Jimmy Buffett song, "Yes I'll make a resolution, that I'll never make another one..." I like that.wosnes wrote: I've teased that the only thing I'm anal about is not being anal.
