For those who have reached their goal weight range doing No S, have you made any intentional changes once you entered your "During" period?
Have your No S habits changed at all?
I've reached my goal range and am waiting to see where the scale settles. The biggest change for me have been planned, occasional NWS days. I feel OK about taking them now that I'm in my goal range and tried to avoid them as much as possible and/or switch them for a weekend S previously. Other than that, my habits are pretty much the same.

I think that sounds about right! I'm at the point where I could either maintain my weight or drop a few more pounds (I haven't decided for sure yet), and I kind of do the same thing. I'm doing a more modified version of No S, but basically, I eat very carefully during the week, and I allow myself to relax my eating on the weekends -- not to the point of being an idiot (usually), but I do allow myself extra treats.
