I joined weight watchers the Sunday after Thanksgiving and then the new plan started the next day. I promptly quit a few days later because it became too complicated. Once again all I did was stress about what I could or couldn't eat, how many points was in what food, etc. Too much stress for me. I already think about food too much, weight watchers just made it that much worse.
Sorry, I though I was replying to the weight watchers post.....I didn't mean to start a new post.
