Basically, accept that you made a mistake, and resolve yourself to do better in the future. You can do No-S. Just keep trying.
I also recommend Reinhard's podcasts which can be found here.

Mark it red and move on. Don't beat yourself up over it. You might be tempted to try to find some way to "make up for it", but that's a bad idea. Giving yourself a way to make up for failures is like opening a line of credit, and it makes failures more likely. One of the worst things you could do would be to skip a meal to make up for eating too much. If you do that, you'll be hungrier than normal when the next meal comes around, and that makes you more likely to overeat again. It's a vicious cycle.
We've all had bad days, weeks, or even months. I think the trick is just to move on. Don't dwell on it; move on!

Remember, the first month of No S is the hardest, for just about everybody. In addition to other temptations to eat when and what you shouldn't, you're fighting your established eating habits. Eventually, you will get your No S eating habits established, and then you won't have to fight your eating habits. It gets easier from here on in.
So did I, in fact my December pledge turned into not so very swell. However, I have been peeking in at my weight and I haven't gained. So, Starting on Monday, with more structure, I imagine it will be much easier, which it usually is.
