If you want to eat 2 pounds of boiled chicken with lots of veggies over the course of a week -- enjoy!

Does it fit on one plate?

If it does, it's OK for any day.

If it doesn't, it's OK for S days only.

I've got to say I think boiled chicken, especially skinless chicken, is tasteless and boring. I don't even boil the chicken for chicken soup! But if you like and that's what you want to eat, it's perfectly okay.

Larry- Do you mean in one sitting, one time per week, or "over the course of the week"??
