just what I thought

Post by jellybeans01 » Tue Jan 25, 2011 11:31 pm

I added a weight training program to my already running program. I have been snacking between meals with the need to get the fuel. A friend of mine suggested that I do calorie counting for just a little while to make sure I'm getting the food I need with all the exercise. Even with all that I am doing, if I keep my meals to three healthy ones a day I am getting plenty. I hate calore counting and really admire people who do it as a lifestyle. So, just as I thought, three healthy meals is absolutely plenty for a marathon trainee.

My dad ran marathons and he was NOT a big snacker.
