I'm Still Around!

Post by RJLupin » Tue May 10, 2011 11:10 pm

Hi everybody, back again. The news this time is much better. My health hasn't been good, and I'm not able to get out much, but my weight is doing a lot better since I went back on "strict" No S. I've re-lost 10 pounds, and have my food cravings and such under control again. I'm feeling a lot more positive about things, and since the weight is falling off pretty quickly, I can see my goal weight in sight in about 5-6 months.

Hope everybody's been well!
