This phrase ("handful of high-leverage behaviors") caught my attention in an audiobook I'm currently listening to*, and I thought it was a GREAT description of No-S and the associated Everyday Systems.
A useful concept, one that can be highly personalized. What are the "high-leverage behaviors" that work for you?
* The book is
Influencers. I'm too early in it to give a recommendation - still in Chapter 1 "this is gonna be great" intro fluff. But I bought it because the authors also wrote
Crucial Conversations, which I can and do recommend highly.

Just as an example...
- I eat three meals on weekends. That is a MAJOR high-leverage behavior for me.
- I have really gotten better at "mark it and move on" when I lapse. Not "wrecking the car" is another high-leverage behavior.
