This is a post from Dave Landau's Facebook page. I am not sure of the legality of sharing it, so, if I have broken a law, well, I imagine it can be deleted. I find Mr. Landau's approach to be interesting, and applicable to No S:
A Frightfully Paradoxical Situation exists on Body by Science. Claiming to the Science of exercise and combining with a Complete Hoax like the "Paleo Diet" is at best Scary! Basics aside in Strength Training, a Balance Diet as Recommended by Ellington Darden as issued in a Variety of his Books is all that is needed. But to the Main Point; The "idea" of eating like a Caveman is a Total Supposition and if you were to attempt to at least try, "you" wouldn't be able to saute your skinless chicken breast with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Cook it on your George Foreman Grill.........
Ellington Darden, in the 80's (The Nautilus Diet) was promoting three meals a day of a Balanced Diet, with no snacks.
So, there are others out there who see the silliness of going to extremes in trying to manage weight.
