Post by Mustloseweight » Mon May 05, 2014 8:16 pm

Just wanted to come on and let you know how l am getting on. l cant remember how long it has been since l started about six weeks l think. Altogether l think it has been about six weeks and my total lost so far is nine pounds. l have had my 40th birthday, my wedding anniversary, Easter and the May Day bank holiday. My little girl was off school for over two weeks so there were cinema trips, days out, trips to McDonalds and alsorts going on. l haven't gained or stayed the same yet and other than stepping up my housework l haven 't really done any formal exercise at all. l am really happy with my results so far as it has been so very easy. Hope everyone else is ok. Will check in again soon.
