That's a good one. Dr. Oz makes me crazy, though occasionally there's something useful (can't think of one now).

I love watermelon, in fact every summer I tell my kids, "I can live on watermelon." Truth be told, heck no, I could not live on watermelon. And, being someone who believes in being an omnivore, would 2400 ( or so ) of watermelon calories a day, really be better for me than the same number of cheeseburger calories?
I am off to have a burger, boutique science be darned.

I just posted on another thread how I could never be happy with the lunch suggestion from a diet book I once read: an avocado. That's it. Sure, it's enough calories, and it's rich and good, but just that? I need a few more items to feel I've have a meal.

I have posted before, Dr. Oz is a quack. A rich quack though.
