Interesting Study/Article

http://www.unm.edu/~lkravitz/Article%20 ... myths.html

The above is an article from Dr. Kravitz from the University of New Mexico. I had read a study he did on Super-Slow which then led me to this article

There isn't any specific meal plans, or how many meals a day we should eat, but does discuss myths, etc. Interestingly it does suggest meal replacement programs (I assume Slim-Fast, or Med-Fast) are a good idea. I am not plugging that, but I have read, for men, Slim-Fast does seem to keep them focused. Two shakes, and a sensible dinner at Buffalo Wild Wings.

So, enjoy the read.
