Missed you guys, a lot !!

I have been lurking, but not really participating in No S conversation--

I also go to OA, so I have needed this time to figure out my own personal
version of No S....

What works for me is the standard No S rules--BUT on S days I still
need to keep to 3 meals a day ONLY--- if i ever break that pattern, it is miserable to try to get going again... also, 3 meals a day ONLY feels
so safe and so right to me

(Reinhard- you're a genious-- you should be on the Oprah show)

I will have richer, yummier, more fun meals on my S days

I have missed you guys a lot, and now I am going to go for the21 day club

Good to see you back here again, Donna, and thanks for your kind words.

Keeping the 3 meal rule on S days sounds like a reasonable step if you find them getting too out of control. Just make sure to give yourself a treat of some kind (sounds like your are).
