For most of my life I skipped breakfast. I'd been told it was the most important meal of the day, but I never had much of an appetite in the morning. Now when I wake up, it's been about 14 hours since my last meal and I am very hungry.
I used to have long lie-ins, not wanting to get up and feeling grumpy because I knew I'd have to eventually. Now when I wake up, I feel cheerful because it's breakfast time! I love breakfast now and my lie-ins are only about 10 minutes. I actually enjoy my mornings.
I never used to be a breakfast person...
