Not to complicate things, but here is another link I posted on another thread, but seems appropriate here. I think it would be good to keep things consolidated.

There are also free workouts on http://www.fitnessblender.com/ . If you want short workouts (which I often do!) you can search by time. You can also search by exercise type, calorie burn, equipment needed and difficulty.

Sparkpeople has TONS of free workout videos. I think the shortest ones are ten minutes. Of course, you can search youtube by the number of minutes you are willing to work out, too.

And this 7-minute workout can be repeated.

However, sometimes having too much choice can slow things down...

Just pick something!

I like the 7 minute scientific workout and found a mp3 of the workout set to funny songs (push ups are flapping your wings like a baby bird pushed out of the nest, sit ups like the floor is lava and don't burn your head like Annikin). I have zero excuse for not doing this workout in my kitchen now, I only need my laptop to play the song and a chair for step ups and tricep dips.

Enjoy :D

ETA: when I found this, I searched scientific 7 minute workout mp3, so I didn't see the video. There is almost nudity at the end!!!!!

There are other versions I found with just a voice saying what exercise and when to stop, no music.

I'm still laughing at flap flap flap your wings with the guy in the orange shorts.
Now the song is stuck in my head!
flap, flap, flap your wings....

Abooth, is it a strip + 7-minutes? Almost nudity AT THE END?

It's a little over 7 minutes total. The last exercise is side plank and the background is Burt Reynolds posing nude. The singer is doing a side plank in the nude with a strategically placed hand.

The song is great.. haha! :D

I actually started an exercise program 2 months ago that fits perfectly into the 14 minutes of ANYTHING.
It's the http://www.12minuteathlete.com/ program and as the name already suggests, it only takes about 12 minutes to complete. But it really takes all you've got! I am soaked and completely out of breath after these exercises. I think this HIIT training is also based on the 7 minute workout, but 12minuteathlete posts new worksouts regularly and they are so much fun and very varied! That's important to me, since I get bored so fast... I've been doing them 3 times a week and try to get it up to a consistent 5 times (on N days) a week this year. But I'll do it on my own pace. The founder of the 12minuteathlete program Krista Stryker looks just great! But unfortunately I just read that she does count calories. But she looks amazing and if I'll get anywhere near that with No S, I'll someday will be the happiest maintainer ever :P
