Read this in the newspaper today and found the link online. I have not been doing No S but actively think about it, and this kind of re-sparked my desire. Her philosophy seems more restrictive, but 3 meals a day is such good advice. Hope it catches on!

No one can promise how someone will react. I still sometimes crave a snack in the afternoon unless I have eaten a very heavy lunch. But it's just an old reaction to stress.
The 3-meal part sounds like a good beginning. I still like the way No S let me wean myself off the rest of it. Every time I try to do something much more drastic- like her no sugar, dairy, or gluten-, I have a setback.
