My brother in law and his wife are on this diet. They're having good success. The selling point is that you get one treat day a week to eat whatever you want. They almost had me talked into it, then I thought... Why only have one free day a week when No S gives me TWO!!!

I suggest you just keep nodding and smiling, while secretly thinking you'll wait to see their results in two years- the time by which most people who've "gone on a diet" weigh more than when they started.
And you get to have what you want, besides sweets, at EVERY meal, though you may eventually gravitate toward some of those OZ meals. I have.

It's funny how popular the "off day" or "cheat day" concept has become...
It certainly wasn't back when No-S was conceived.
I'm not sure if this is progress or a perversion... (well, "off" is better than "cheat.")
I still think S-days are a much saner, safer, more and ultimately more satisfying expression of this idea.
