Just Starting Out
Hi everyone!
After losing 55 lbs on an all shake meal replacement diet, the weight has started to creep on again. I can lose weight easily, it is keeping it off that gives me a problem. After lurking here for a month, I am ready to jump in and give No S a serious try. Thank you in advance for your support!

Welcome! Sometimes people who have done rather strict regimes gain a little at first, but give it time. This is definitely preferable to living with shakes permanently, at least to me. I like to chew!

Welcome! I've been tempted to try a shake plan many times for the simplicity, so I can see the appeal. NoS really is easy to follow though, and I think when you get used to it you'll like it. It feels like something I could truly do for life, and I feel like I finally have tools to help me learn moderation (which is still a work in progress, LOL!) Anyway, congrats on coming out of lurkdom, and I hope you have a great first month!
