Hi everyone, just wanted to check in and say hi!
Every now and then I like to check in and say hi to everyone.
I feel like even though I am not an old timer to No S (7 months), it's good to hear other peoples opinions on the program.
Well, this is it...it doesn't get any better than this. Thanks Reinhart!
If you eat 3 substantial meals 3 times a day and don't snack, you will slowly lose weight.
It really doesn't matter what you eat but when you eat it.
You can't fail unless you try to bend the rules (which I know I did based on my old posts!)
Ideally, I dream of being on a natural foods, vegetarian, blah, blah, blah diet and I still am always looking up a new list of super foods...but, you know, I'm human and I fail and end up reverting to junky non-healthy food like cheese nachos or fried falafels for lunch, but if you do it during your meals and you don't snack, you are still succeeding and following the only realistic plan out there.
I wish you all the best! Just follow No S and move in oxygen for 30 minutes a day and you will see results.
