Favorite yoga class video online offers

Edit: A word for the wise, before delving in - yoga suffers, I'd say, from a halo of spirituality and healing promises. I believe there's truth there, but it also blunts our critical sense.
Like any physical exercise practice, yoga can lead to injury.
Here's an excellent series of resources on the topic: https://www.youtube.com/user/AyurEd/sea ... ry=wawadia
Just saying, to quote Reinhard, let's, er... exercise Systematic Moderation.
Let's look after ourselves in yoga, as in any physical exercise practice - reason, prudence and awareness.

With that out of the way...
I happen to have been through quite a few video class channels on YTube and elsewhere online.
That's easy enough to find.
Below, however, is a list and some descriptions of of my personal favorites.
I usually prefer moderate strenuousness. Mostly, I go by the precision and wealth of instructions and calm, sober teacher talk.
At times, I prefer the cognate independent online sites.

I've personally found that in finding what suits me nothing can replace actually practicing the classes. I screen initially, though, by browsing through the video.

Finally, while some of these channels solicit donations, they're all freely available, and the rest is up to you.

* https://www.doyogawithme.com/ - This is by far the site with the richest and most varied selection. I personally like Fiji McAlpine there, but there are plenty other teachers that I relate to.
The best feature on there may be the internal browse engine, alowing you to take your pick by difficulty, length, style, and teacher...

- find Brett rigorous and often original

* https://www.youtube.com/user/yogawithadriene/playlists - very rich. I used to follow it more, but stopped. Personally, I find I like more challenging stuff now, but it's highly popular and a question of taste, phase and where you're at.

I've only checked out the top link but I really like it..especially the sun salute which I'm hoping to incorporate into my 14mins each morning. An hour is fine every now and then if I feel like it but I'm really enjoying achieving my 14mins of 'anything' each N day.

Thanks again!

Sounds good.

Sun salutations... sounds so inviting, and how the day is off to a good start.

Just to say that added an edit to original post.
It's just a reminder to look after ourselves in yoga, as in any physical exercise practice - reason, prudence and awareness.
