That supermarket job with its rotating shifts and short meal breaks at unpredictable times has been wreaking havoc with No-S, so I have been on a little break from it. The job ends this Friday, so I will be back to No-S on Saturday (nothing like beginning all over again...with S-Days!). Also, I have finally been able to return to the McDougall Program, and am getting myself back in that groove during my absence. When I return to No-S, I think I will do another 21-day habituation time.

Exercise is holding steady: walking, chi kung, calisthenics.

Weight and health are fine.

Mostly, I am busy packing these days. We move on Aug. 1st.

Anyway, I miss you wonderful people, and hope you are all doing well. See you in a few days. :D

Jan,

Great to hear from you again! I was worried when your reliable check-ins abruptly stopped. I'm sorry this job has made things so difficult, I hope its coming to an end is good news on more than just the no-s front.

Best wishes and looking forward to reading about your rehabituation,

Reinhard

Hi Jan and Hi Reinhard and hello to all new and current No-Essers!!!

Jan, I know how you feel. My schedule is completely off whack due to summer and my kids being home and no structure. This morning I decided to go back to basics and read our manifesto that was written so beautifully by Reinhard. Gee...what was I supposed to do...Oh yeah: No Sweets, No Snacks and No Seconds (except on S day.....) Thank you for addressing the Sugar Free stuff Reinhard. I have recently been drinking Sugar Free Red Bull (I know, chemicals galore) to get me through those afternoons at the beach...

Jan, if you check this board again before you move...just to let you know, that I got through a move with No S but it sure included a lot of take out pizza!!!!

Best of luck,

Dru
