Hi there!
I actually did No S years ago and did well on it. I stopped...well I don't know why exactly. Any way, no a couple years and a child later, I am ready to lose weight again, but not in an overbearing, calorie restricting kind of way, so naturally I though No S! I am excite to start again. I know there is no way to tell for sure, but I am trying to find out how the weight will fall of of me. I would like to lose 25 pounds and wonder if that doable by the end of this year (7 monthsish). I am currently 165, 5'4 and would like to be 140. Based on previous experiences is that time line sort of correct?

Welcome back! Glad to hear that you had success in the past. I have no words of wisdom regarding the time it will take to lose weight. I'm sure if you stick to no s and throw in a little exercise, you'll lose weight at a nice pace.

Welcome back!

It's certainly possible, but I wouldn't focus on that.

Focus on the habit.

"Eat and move moderately, see what happens."

That's the No-s way to best calibrate your expectations.

Best of luck and keep us posted,

Reinhard
