first week in/ 2 pound loss

Post by goodcooker1 » Fri May 20, 2016 11:08 am

My first week eating NO S has been great. A 2 pound loss on the scales. I am still thinking too much about the food I am eating though. How many carbs, calories, fat, or points. I'm sure this will go away with time and once the new (or should I say Old) way of eating habit is formed. I have passed up donuts and treats at the office with the simple explanation of I am still full from lunch. No one bats an eye at this. I have not told my WW buddies that I am doing this yet. This conversation will come once I have a better handle on it. I may just buy them all the book. :) Here is to another SANE week!

What a great first week! Good for you for passing up treats and keeping things low key. The habits seem so simple--but effective! Enjoy your S days this weekend :-).
Homeschool Mom and No S returnee as of 11-30-15.
2 years and counting on No-S.
29 lbs. down, 34 to go. Slow and steady wins the race.

That's great!

I'm still mentally calculating points too but trying to focus on a balanced plate instead.

How did you handle your first S days? Mine are coming up....
