14 minute workout

I love my 14mins of Shovelglove but sometimes I like to do something different so I don't get bored. For some reason this week I haven't been wanting to do my S 'Glove (I have been sick), so I typed in 14min workout and found this, thought it may be of interest to someone. I don't rest in between as she suggests I just like to keep moving but it's a helpful sequence any way you do it.

Thanks for sharing! I've been thinking of adding in something other than walking just to shake things up a bit.
Fab - Thank you!

Great share - just shows that you can do anything for the 14 mins with the things commonplace around us. Don't want to consider how successful I would be doing steps on a chair but that is another story!

Ha..yes I step on a very sturdy hard wood coffee table. I've done it 2 days in a row and I can feel it!

Just want to warn everyone that I hurt my shoulder on the chair dip years ago and it has never completely healed.
An alternative is to lie on one side with bottom knee bent, top leg extended, bottom arm wrapped across stomach, top arm hand on floor in front with bent elbow, lift the torso up and down by pressing with the hand. 8 reps, then again with triple pulse on each of the second set. You should feel it in your tricep. Change sides.

Thanks Oolala, I can see how the dip could cause some pain or injury. I seem to be going ok with the move..I credit a month or so of Shovelglove for building up my shoulder strength. I may give your suggestion a go..even if it's just to mix things up a bit.
Hope you are well.

I'm glad to see the 14 minute thing is catching on...
I always thought it was the most power aspect of shovelglove.
Thanks for the link! I tend to stick with unvaried ungodly numbers of pushups and squats for my travel 14 minutes, this will be nice to mix it up a bit.

Yeah, I looked at the video and thought...that's a good way for me to hurt myself! Sorry your shoulder hasn't healed.

Thanks for posting! And thanks for the warning about the chair dip, Oolala. That exercise has always felt really awkward for me, so I'll maybe just leave it out. I had an exercise-related injury a few months ago and I don't want another one.
