Count me in! I'm not sure how to set up the calendar and colorful emoticons. I'm sure it's explained somewhere so I'll search for that.

e-lyn - if you go to my post and click on 'quote' it will open up a box with my post in. Then 'copy' the bit you want. Then go and 'paste' it in your post. Does that make sense?

Bumping up the July challenge and giving myself a big pat on the back for 7 green days interrupted only by regular S days! I'm 1/3 of the way to a 21 day streak.

Doing a quick monthly review to see where I struggled and where I triumphed. Struggle occurred when I had a half gallon of a favorite ice cream in the house, which I bought for my S days. Naturally there was still ice cream when the weekend had passed, and I allowed it to get into my thoughts to the point that I obsessed over it (and ate it up on 2 NoS days). So a possible solution to that for next month will be to only buy in portion sizes that will last for 2 days and no more. Of course the best strategy is to be able to have it in the house but not eat it, and I'm working on that. For now I have to set myself up for success.
Triumphs occurred when I stepped back from cravings and thought through them mindfully (and kindly...working on some self-love issues here too). Being fully present to determine whether I was feeling HUNGER or CRAVINGS allowed me to walk away from food I didn't really need or want.

Do you have others in your house who will eat the ice cream before your next S day? If that's part of your dilemma, I found a solution that works for me for that. (Ice cream doesn't last long here because we have 2 teens in the house! However, they are pretty good about just having it once a day...most of the time!). Anyway, what I've done to keep things slightly more "equal" serving-wise is to dish up a serving into a container with a lid--that way, even when they are finishing off the ice cream on weekdays, I can have another serving too--but I can save it for the weekend.
Anyway, good job identifying struggles & triumphs!
