Favorite bodyweight workout videos

For longer than a year now, I've often benefited from online workout videos to vary my practice. I also hope it makes it more well-rounded.

In particular, I often go for bodyweight workouts.

A list of what I considered good bodyweight workouts follows.
It's also useful to explore the diffrent coaches' channels, as they offer other workouts which you may like as well or better.

I don't go for workouts targeting only part of the body, as, say, only abs, or only upper body.
Thus, all of the videos feature full body workouts.

Some are complete, including warm-up and cool-down. Some aren't. You can provide your own, or follow your choice of the many easily available warm-up / cool-down videos online.

The selection was made based on notes I take right after practicing a given video. They obviously depend on mood, stamina and shape at the time.
Your mileage may vary.

I initially browse through a video to see if I'm interested. I can only get a real feel for them, however, once I practice. Though at times misleading, the initial browsing impressions are useful, and might be a good way of picking your own faves.

I call your attention to a previous post of favorite online yoga channels: https://everydaysystems.com/bb/viewtopi ... urite+yoga.

Fave bodyweight workout videos:
* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7K6yFOjsJI - from the BlenderFitness channel. 32', requires addition of warm-up and cool-down.
* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VdyenInEeRo - 30', requires addition of warm-up and cool-down.
* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Yla4f8OKbSE - from the 'Bodyfit by Amy' channel - 45', requires addition of warm-up and cool-down.
* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTd7_3xFI6g - 44', moderate workout, includes warm-up and cool-down.
* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NDimhO ... R&index=14 - from the Dave Smith channel. 44', can get boring as 4 repetitions of a set of 10 exercises. Includes warm-up and cool-down.

A recent trend has been the 7-minute workouts.
They are supposed to provide a cardio workout at the same time, as the exercises are generally done rapidly and intensely with brief breaks.
I generally like going slow, a general age preference, and also for form and mindfulness, but the more fast-paced workouts also have their place, I guess.
I like to combine, say, 3 of them back-to-back, rounding them up with warm-up and cool-down sequences.
Here's a sample threesome, in order of increasing intensity, the first one still serving as somewhat of a warm-up:

* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwOYwbi2Lvc
* https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNdAbA_CPcU

Finally, some channels provide good workouts in which bodyweight exercises are enhanced at times with dumbbells: Hasfit, Jessica Smith, BodyProject, BlenderFitness and Pahla B.

Good luck.

Thanks, Jackn. A couple of these look doable for me. The others made me sweat and my heart race just watching them. Does that count? lol

LOL, yeah, I don't think a whole lasagna fits on a normal-sized plate!
