Seems to tie in very nicely with NoS! It makes sense to me now that forming good habits is fundamental to forming a healthy relationship with food, but it never occurred to me before I found NoS. i just thought I needed to find the right magic diet to cure me. Turns out I needed to change my habits and the rest will follow!

As an aside, if your user name indicates your year of birth, then snap!

No but I should have :D , No S is the best!!

Yep, I'm a 1974 baby Bluebell. You too? It took me until 41 to realize I needed a plan so I could act like a grown up around food LOL!! Or maybe the plan I needed was to learn how to revert back to being more of a kid around food again. I'm starting to think most grown ups have at least some food isses :D

Yes, 1974 so I am 42 as you will be! I wish I'd found NoS sooner, but whether I'd have been ready to do it is another matter. My mindset is changing in so many unexpected ways and the freedom I feel around food is just wonderful.

I'm 42 now, but was 41 when I started No S (:

I love the freedom of No S too!! It's funny how now when my friends talk about other diets, they sound really odd. Nothing off limits is an awesome way to live (:
