Thought I'd kick March's thread off, seeing as I have the time free today to sit at the computer and drink tea! (My weeks go Mon - Sun)

I'm in!
One red for Jan and one for Feb, come on March! Really hoping for all green.
24th is eldest son's 13th birthday.
This month will be my 6th month of NoS and I am adding a mod for S days - no snacks. I am going to have seconds if I want them and sweets if directly after a meal, but no snacking at all as it tips me over into mindless eating/eating for the sake of it.

Yay! A green month. :D

Day 17: No St. Patty's Day overeating, just seconds on salad.
Day 23: Visiting a relative. Ate some cashews.
Day 31: Ate a little more than one plate at funeral luncheon for aunt, so a special day, but didn't want to put a happy face there.

The 22nd was green but with a planned S event at dinner. Went to hear a lecture for work at a fancy restaurant and they serve the meal in courses and of course, dessert ( which I didn't finish because it was so rich!)

Yes, especially when there is a kitchen there, plenty of adults and kids, and everyone brings food, snacks and sweets to share.
