Rewiring brain?

Started maybe a week and a half ago and like it a lot.

But now feel a headache that won't go away with medicine or sinus relief.

It feels like my brain is rewiring itself to operate more "normally" which mine never has, dealing with food.

Does anyone know how long this might last until you don't even notice feeling different?

Are you staying hydrated?

I've been on it 8 days, I would say on day 3 or 4 I came home in the afternoon with a headache and didn't feel well, and I know I was hydrated. I've been better since then, so I'm not sure what caused it but I thought it could be my body "adjusting." Or I was just letting too much time pass between lunch and dinner, and my lunch wasn't big enough.

Hi Monica, Were you by any chance a coffee drinker, and cut it out because of added sugar or other snacks? That can cause headaches also. Good luck on NoS and with your headaches.

Yes, food has water in it, so less food, less water. That would give me headaches, too.

Also sugar withdrawal can cause headaches. It should pass soon. Hang on in there :)

And it may be completely unrelated, though drinking more plain beverages is not a bad addition to most people's habits.
