No S sent to SPAM?

All of a sudden, gmail identified all my No S emails as SPAM. I did a search for Reinhard's email address to consolidate the most recent emails and nothing came up in my inbox, but there was a note that the address was in trash or SPAM. SPAM? After all these years? But there they all were, about 10 of them. I shifted them back, of course, but why might this happen?
