Sneak Peek on the Scale...
So, I know I just started, but I must be doing something right. I'm down 1.4lbs as of last week. My official weigh-in date is Friday. I'll update by bio then. Just wanted to share my happiness.

Congratulations! It's fun to see the scale move. Just don't let the fluctuations throw you, and keep focusing on habit. Sometimes weight will go up and down a bit, but over time, the habits will usually lead to losses (or to helping you identify something blocking the losses), and they bring order to our eating habits.
Homeschool Mom and No S returnee as of 11-30-15.

29 lbs. down, 34 to go. Slow and steady wins the race.

Yes! Thank you. I was expecting someone to say this. I had been really "watching" what I was eating before starting this last week and my weight was not moving at all. It's just a good feeling to see it start trending downward again.Merry wrote:Congratulations! It's fun to see the scale move. Just don't let the fluctuations throw you, and keep focusing on habit.
