What are your suggestions to a quick way of toning your body in 14 minutes every weekday? Summer is almost here and I would like to have some arm definition... Im doing the No S Diet (plant based), and wish to loose 5 more pounds (vanity lbs). Im 5’1 and 108 lbs (38 yrs old). But can’t do shovelglove due to shoulder injury....

Quayette, first I must apologize for not being a girl. But I will link a woman trainer I respect who uses kettlebell swings to tone her whole body. And 14 minutes daily should work. Swings, when learned properly should not stress your shoulders like shovelglove does. I've done moderately heavy swings on both of my shoulders after injuries and post surgery.

Her name is Tracy Reifkind and I've received online help from her husband Mark several years back. While weight doesn't seem to be an issue with you, Tracy transformed her body losing over 120 lbs. doing predominantly kettlebell swings.

I must ask you why you're not looking at getting your shoulder repaired either with physical therapy or worst case surgery? In both of mine, we took the phy therapy route first, and then had them fixed. At only 38, you much too young to live with that situation another 40+ years.

Your bmi is already very low. I guess you'd like some definition? Not sure what will get you that if you have a shoulder injury. I do a combination of bodyweight moves standing and on the floor sometimes holding weights as well. What are some moves that you know hurt your shoulder?
