Hiya, are you still doing these?
I’m up for an August challenge. I’m on holiday 13th-20th but will allow myself one S per day only on N days as I only recently started again.
I’m vanilla focusing on diet only for now.

I’m in

Just started so from today am trying to get my 3 weeks under my belt. Where i live friday and sat are weekend days so those will be my s days. Starting at 12st 6lbs 5ft 2 F. If I see any improvement in those numbers it would be amazing but mainly I’m focussing on my habits for the next few weeks.

perfect - not a massive screw up but struggled a bit today)

Suffered an early miscarriage this month (nothing to do with nos) but am taking myself in hand and will stop comfort eating. September will be a better month!

Ended at 12st 1.4lbs down from 12 6.4lbs so not bad considering.

21 - lunch too skimpy, seconds for dinner & STILL wanted more
