Another Dietary Approach

This is an approach a friend of mine has taken to lose weight and it works for him. He counts calories of what he eats and makes sure he has a caloric deficit for the day, and eats when he is really moderately hungry. He first drinks a glass or two of water to ascertain if he is really hungry or just thirsty.
