I've been working a mild mod I prefer to stay silent on, but I've basically kept to it so far. Other parts of my eating have not been pleasing to me, but it really does bolster my spirit to have at least guideline stick. It makes me feel more confident that I can add on later.

Had one fail so far, by sheer lack of memory. Weird. I usually know when I'm breaking my own rules.

Only 6 more days after this. I can't say this is going to be it. But it's workable for now.
