April Challenge

Green or red, my goal is to complete the challenge by checking in here daily! I would love a green month, but it would be awesome if i just kept up with marking my days. :D

Haven't participated in a monthly challenge in a long time,but I need the accountability. Here goes!
4/1. taking an s event for a pre planned dinner , but rest of day will keep green.
4/2- 👎travel day and long work day. Gave in on way home and had a candy bar.
4/3- 👎high anxiety due to son's school having a concert. Worried how he is handling the noise and being over stimulated. Should I have kept him home? Stress eating. Off to a killer start.

I'm in, trying a mod this month: One after-dinner mint is not an S.

Really working toward re-joining the 21-day Club. Done! :mrgreen:
16-18 = work conference which will be a real challenge but aiming for N days. :mrgreen: :( :mrgreen:
27 = beginning of 2-week vacation which will most likely be all S, aiming for not an idiot

17 = Fail = Meetings dictated late dinner. Ate DQ Blizzard instead of healthy mini-meal.
23 = NWS = son's birthday. Ate 1 reasonable portion birthday cake.

Thanks, it seems to get easier with time. Of course there's always some back sliding.
