Don't give up! 4 years till I could join 21-club

I don't often post here because I'm not finding it easy to do from a phone but that doesn't mean I've abandoned No S! I still love it and it has helped me tremendously (among other things) in overcoming binge eating. Sometimes I felt a bit discouraged when I read how others were able to get 21 consecutive green days quite soon after starting No S. I am not one of those people hehe. It took me 4 years! So I decided to take the effort and post it on here because maybe it can be of encouragement to someone else. Don't give up!

Thank you for posting this, you are an encouragement to me!! I have been on and off NO S with varied mods and varied results, good to know I am not alone in many attempts before it finally sticks. You have inspired me to keep trying!

Congrats! I think it's also a testament to the program that you feel it has helped you with binging even though you have never gotten 21 days straight under your belt until now!
