Hello, everyone:

It's good to be back. But I see that I'm coming back in time for two S days. I guess that's okay.

Soon after I joined in the spring, we moved. Well, I really sprained my knee carrying my kid downstairs. And I got scared when it wasn't healing that I wouldn't be able to be a good mother to my toddler--I'm turning 52 and he's 2. So, I even gained some weight. And we still have boxes lining the walls because it has been about all I can do to do the basic activities of daily living. But I did find the sledgehammer I bought right before the move. I hope to try some shovelgloving tomorrow. And mentally prepare for NoS in two days.

I'm glad to see some familiar names here.

Praised be Jesus in Mary!

What a bit of tough luck!!! Many years ago the same thing happened to me. We moved and when the last box was moved in, I was sitting down on the couch, hit my foot on something and broke a couple of small bones in my foot. I couldn't unpack for several weeks. Very frustrating. For you it must be even harder trying to care for a small child. It will get better soon, promise. Hang in there.

Welcome back! Sorry I somehow missed you post the last few days.

Sorry to hear about your knee....

I know it isn't easy, but I can speak from experience that no-s and shovelglove are compatible with having a toddler.

Best of luck and keep us posted,

Reinhard
