Hi everyone, I just wanted to let you know, since this is my official weight tracking day that I am down two pounds, bringing my weight down to 224.2. Today I'm supposed to go sign up for the water aerobics class which costs four times as much in cab fare as it does a month to go there. But it makes me happier and is the most affordable option as the other options are farther out. My birds are singi9ng away and arguing a little bit too.
Well, I hope everyone is having a great day!!!!

That's great Shelly!!!!
Two pounds on NoS, is better than 15 pounds on a quick fix program!
It will stay off!!!!!
Keep adding a little bit here and there and see where you end up in a year or two! And really, it's so painless!!!
Great news!!!
Peace and Love,

Deb

I have a terrible cold so I allowed myself an S day, and ate two poptarts this morning. However, I'm not really hungry and that's probably going to be the extent of my S food. I must confess also that last week I ate cornpops for breakfast a lot. I have told Wally that he can't buy cornpops any more. They are one of my favorites, and having them around is almost worse than having a whole box of lady godiva because it's easier to justify. You could say, for instance, oh they must inject vitamins into that cereal so it must not be too bad. Kix is better because it doesn't have so much sugar. Anyway, I feel really crummy and I really need to brush my teeth. And it's probably time for more medicine, and maybe a rest while I can get it. So what do you guys do when you find yourself in a sick day?
Oh yes, and there's a friend of mine who wants to join, so I'm very excited to rope in a new disciple. *evil laugh* Ok, seriously though, I have been really talking a lot about this non-diet as we call it. It takes much of the guesswork out of it and lets you work on your own goals at your own pace. I haven't decided whether my next goal should be to drink more water or reduce the size of my plate. Or maybe I should add a couple more S's like saturated fat and salt. But then I can hear Reinhardt going, uh, don't make it harder than it is. Keep it simple stupid... and all that. Not that he would actually call *me* stupid, just an expression.
