(and special hello to our dear leader, Reinhard!!)
It's been many years now, since I've been on the boards here, but I'm back!!!
Some of you might remember me from the nascent group of NoS'ers, when I was an extremely zealous poster here, back in 2005!!
Well, here I am,18 years later, with a Son who when I joined was in elementary school, and who is now in the final years of working his PHD, and with me, much older and grayer, and with a lot of weight and a few bad habits that I want to lose!!
I'll be creating my new daily check-in thread tonight, and starting my new, and, hopefully improved, journey tomorrow!!
I recently tried an app, which I won't name, but it supposedly uses psychology as a weight loss tool!! It was a gift from my family, so I tried it, but all along, I knew I would hate it eventually, because all it really is, is a calorie counting device, and as I, and Reinhard, already knew, calorie counting got old really fast!!
So, my plan is to do daily check-ins, and updates on my threads, and I will try to be involved again, in community threads, though I'm sure that I won't be as manic with my posts!! But, I am feeling as zealous as ever, and really excited to be back!!!
Looking forward to being part of this great community again!!!
