Sick days?

Okay, right when I hit the 21 day mark I also got sick. I'm wondering how other people handle sick days on the no s. I'm trying my best to deal with the guilt of taking extra S days, but... well, it's difficult. (I'm not one of those people who loses their appetite when they are sick, unless it's stomach sick. In fact, I always eat more because I'm bored since I am too sick to do anything.)

Do you take off everyday that you are sick? Do you just stick with "Don't be an idiot" and be as close to a no s day as is possible? How do you decide when you are sick enough to take an S day and when you aren't?

I know it's different for everyone but I thought I'd do better at making my own ruling if I hear what everyone else does/thinks.

Officially, sick days are s days, no guilt required. There is potential for abuse, so I guess you have to exercise a bit of caution. A good sanity check is "if I'm well enough to drag myself into work, it's an N day."

I'm not sick much, and I usually eat much less when I'm sick, so this isn't a personal issue for me at all. If you eat more, and boredom is the culprit, rather than clamp down rule-wise, address the boredom through other means. I watched a whole season of 24 in like 3 days while recovering from a really nasty infection a few years ago.
