Testimonial of mystery! (dun, dun, dun.....)

Post by Hunter Gatherer » Wed Jan 10, 2007 2:59 pm

The other day I was wanting to change pants since the ones I was wearing were wet and muddy. (Cue scary music.) But! The only pants available were pants that I knew would not close at the top! Since I wasn't planning to go out in public I resignedly decided that they would have to do. (Cue sad violin music.) But! When I put them on they actually fit! (Cue cheering crowds.) At last the pants that I had been unable to wear for three years (or more) were once again in circulation (without cutting off mine).

THE END

(Roll credits.)
"You've been reading about arctic explorers," I accused him. "If a man's starving he'll eat anything, but when he's just ordinarily hungry he doesn't want to clutter up his stomach with a lot of candy."
Dashiell Hammett

The audience goes wild! Another hit suspense movie from an indie producer.

Can't wait to read the book.

I had that happen a few times in the first few years here and it's a priceless experience. :)
