"funny stuff"

I followed No S to the letter for 2 weeks, but this third week little cracks have been showing up in my resolve. (I won't bore you with the details, but things here are a wee bit stressy, weather has been rainy for weeks, houseguests visiting, the usual suspects)
Anyway, one night hubby brought out the chocolate after a nice meal and I had some. Just a little, but y'know. Then there's the juice: our houseguests like to snack and try out new places, so we've gone to a lot of restaurants and coffee bars mid day. I get a latte or a juice just to be social, but I know that the drinks are adding up.
So what I need are tips on how to straighten out, slap your own wrist, get back on track.
