I have only been doing nos since the middle of May but my impression is that you would be better off committing to three meals a day every day instead of saying 2 or 3, especially since you say you like to snack. If I understand this plan correctly one of the goals is to eliminate the snacking habit and I wonder if one can do that when they have a mindset of eating just 2 meals a day and then getting really hungry and adding the three. If it was me, it would seem that I was then giving in to the need for a snack. Whereas if I plan on 3 meals and I am not that hungry I can push back the meal and/or cut back on the amount of food I have at that meal. I guess I would worry that by discipline I could go with 2 meals a day, but I think eventually that hunger would overcome all reason and I would be prone to binge. But that is just me and the advice is free, so you should do what works best for you. I hope you find success with this program. It is definitely helping me break some of the emotional bonds with food that I have had with food for many years. Blessings

I agree with Charis, catty, I would recommend eating 3 good meals a day instead of trying to get by on 2...especially if you are a snacker. I think you would be setting yourself up to snack if you don't keep yourself full.
