Everyday Systems

Hi,

It's good to see this whole bulletin board is still thriving. I've been gone for a while. Professionally, I've had a lot of good things going on, which has kept me very, very busy. Personally, I've been struggling with relationship issues. Both of these have contributed to me partially falling off the wagon (I've never been totally off of it).

Anyway, despite these stresses I realized that my jeans were getting tight again (I guess it's good I don't wear my clothes so loose), and that it's time to get back into the swing of things. I shouldn't let a busy career or a problematic relationship be an excuse to treat myself badly, which is what I'm doing by not taking care of myself.
